I had the puffy under eye bags, as well.  Plus my face was very swollen and round.  I hadn't even realized the under eye bags were a hypo symptom, but they were the first thing to go away, once I got on med.  If yours aren't going away, you, most likely need a higher dose of med.

My eyebrows have regrown and I actually have to have my hair dresser wax them on a regular basis.

I don't think my eyebrows will fully regrow either. From the article Topic: Hair Loss by Dr David Derry...

My face wasn't particularly round, just my features were puffy.

I noticed the outer third of eyebrows thing, but honestly that has never improved despite proper medication.

A moon face is a round and puffy face. I missed the word puffy. :) Despite having dry skin almost everywhere, my nose is fairly oily and I have ridiculously oily hair which I have to wash daily.  I only discovered Batiste Dry Shampoo last year.  Better late than never. :)

I don't like seeing myself in mirror without lipstick and face powder.  As you said, I look like zombie.

I have swelling under my eyes or eye bag.  It's so obvious, even though I have good sleep.  Dry skin, Pale looking face.

It's funny, I read about puffy face as a typical thyroid symptom when I first discovered I was hypo, but I couldn't see any puffiness in my face. I was also not overweight. But once I became properly medicated, I lost 5 lbs and my face indeed became noticeably less puffy. It was only in retrospect, looking at old photos, that it became obvious to me that my face was indeed very puffy while I was hypo. It had just been that way for so long I thought it was normal! Same with the 5 lbs. I am still in the normal weight range, on the thin side but back to my pre-hypo weight.

Other than that, my skin was acne-ridden while I was hypo. That improved greatly upon medication.

One more symptom to that list - acne.

My hypothyroid facial symptoms include...

Very round face (moon face)
Swelling near the eyes and swelled eyelids
Right eye droops (ptosis)
Severe fluid filled double chin
Dull expressionless face (I like to call this the idiot expression lol)
Dark circles (still have this but worse prior to taking B12 and thyroxine)
Pale lips (can look very white)
Pale skin/yellowish tint
Nose thickened/broadened, lips thickened
Sparse outer third of eyebrows (looks like I overplucked my eyebrows)
Blood shot eyes
Hyperpigmentation

I can't get rid of all my hypothyroid symptoms unless I'm hyperthyroid (cellular dramas) so I still have a lot of these facial symptoms.  My eyelid is way too fond of my eyelashes. *sigh*  :)
