increased Synthroid dosage & TSH # too low/FT4 high - lower dosage?

I increased Synthroid to .75 mg & felt functioning better, but recent labs show difference in 3 monhs from 1.22 to .10 TSH and 1.26 to 1.88 FT4.  Dos that infer that I show lower the dosage again?

Reference range for TSH was .38-4.31 uIU/ml and FT4 .72-1.90/mg/dL.  No FT3 done.  Call into dr's office to ask if should lower Synthroid dosage to .50 mg.  I feel so much better but am experiencing unexplained chest pains that heart tests have not show any problems, just a little PFT issues.  Now wondering if it's related, but first time I have EVER had blood work show any issue; have had thyroid issues since half removed, and likely before, but regardless, only symptomatic, never reflected on labs.

What's the reference range for the FT4?  Reference ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Was there an FT3 test performed? If so, what was the result with reference range?  If there was not an FT3 performed, you should try to get one done.  

What was your previous Synthroid dosage?
