Hypo?/Hyper?/Graves?/Cancer?....

If a person had a TSH of 154 for at least a year and a T4 of 17 is there anything they need to look into. This is now under conrol with Synthroid. However, while the thyroid was reacting this way this person broke first the left leg and then 5 months later the right. Any concerns?

The longer someone was hypo, the longer it takes the body to heal. Recovering from physical injuries while hypo is a challenge,and extra time is needed. We cant change the past, but can learn from it.

Make sure this person is symptom free in the present and future.
