Hypothyrodism & bad chloestrol rise

My family member was taking thyroxin sodium from last 2.5 years. She was on 75 mcg maintenance dose last 4 month back. In Dec her FT3 was 2.33, Free T4 was 0.93.
Now 3 days back she had left arm pain, followed by headache. I scanned her blood & found
T3 66.9 ng/dl, T4 4.3  ug/dl, TSH 18.37 uIu/ml.
Iron Binding 418 ug/dl
HDL 42 mg/dl, LDL 118 mg/dl.
Calcium 8.1 mg/dl etc.
Current dose is 50 mcg of Thyroxine sodium.
I just want to know is this accumulation of this bad cholesterol appears suddenly since she had not experienced,, is an indication of bad Hypothyroidism control or current dosage of 50 mcg is insufficient & am need to revert back to 75/100 mcg.

Cholesterol is a symptom of hypothyroidism, so it's possible your family member may need a higher dose of medication.

Although the Free T3 and Free T4 seem quite low, please post the the reference ranges from the patient's lab report(s)?  Ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from the same reports as the results for the best comparison.

Also, were the T3 of 66.9 ng/dL and T4 of 4.3 ug/dL Free T3 and Free T4 or were they Total T3 and Total T4?  Tests for Total T3 and T4 aren't as useful at those for Free T3 and T4.

Do you have results for Ferritin, along with the Iron binding capacity?  What about actual iron levels?
