Even though your TSH is very low, this does not necessarily mean you are hyper. You would be hyper with that TSH, if you have hyper symptoms or your FT3 and/or FT4 are too high, which would be indicated by where you fall within the ranges as stated on your lab report.
My very first piece of advice would be to make sure your thyroid meds are adjusted properly and your FT3 and FT4 levels are good before conceiving. Prregnancy and childbirth can strain even a healthy thyroid, and inadequate FT3 and FT4 levels can impact fetal development.
Please post the reference ranges for your FT3 and FT4. These are lab specific and have to come from your own lab report. We can comment further when we see your ranges.
