I have thyroid nodules and ectopic thyroid can that mean cancer

For almost 2 months i have had issues with my thyroid like feeling like there is something stuck in throat can feel a lump on the right side but can not see it. I recently had a blood test that showed i had a throat infection. I had an ultrasound and Thyroid blood test done. These were the results of my ultrasound - right lobe measures 41x19x19mm and left 40x17x17mm. The upper pole on right side 12mm nodule with a 13mm nodule in mid pole on left. There are some hypoechoic lymph nodes in neck. Largest is in left carotid chain and measures 15x6mm. May be reactive. In midline of upper neck, there is 13x10x5mm hypoechoic lesion that is likely due to ectopic thyroid. Lateral cephalogram- there are several millimetres of overjet. The ANB angle 5 degrees. The lateral airways are normal in appearance.

I also had a TSH thyroid blood test and my thyroid function is normal but i get tired very easily. I also have a feeling like something is stuck in my throat but comes and goes during the day.

I am freaking out that this can be cancer everyone is reassuring me that it is not but i am still scared
