Levothyroxine making me exhausted

I take 100mcg of levothyroxine for my hypothyroidism that I have had for the past 10 years since i got pregnant. We never did a trial off it once i was post-partum. I get terrible fatigue when i am on the levothyroxine plus I have the hardest time loosing any weight even when I follow my gastric sleeve diet. I did a self trial off the levo this past fall and the fatigue magically disappeared. I had other symptoms come up that were not nice ( severe hair loss, palpitations, having bowel movements constantly ect. ) as soon as I restarted most of the symptoms stopped and resolved but the fatigue came back just as strong as before.

I take several vitamins and such due to my Gastric Sleeve- Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Multi vitamin, Calcium, Magnesium, potassium, Hair skin and nail daily.

What's the reference range for the Free T3?  Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Also the range for the T4 and is that Free or Total.  It looks both your FT3 and T4 might be below reference ranges, which indicates you need a higher dose of Levothyroxine and possibly an additional dose of T3 medication.

Your B-12 looks good.  Have you ever had folate tested?  Not folic acid, but folate.  Folate and B-12 work together.  Deficiency of one can be masked by higher levels of the other.

Did you have a TgAb test done?  Although TPOab does test for Hashimoto's, TgAb does also and Hashimoto's can be missed without both tests.
