I went back into one of the old threads that you posted in which I explained at length about the Free T4 (FT4) and Free T3 (FT3). Rather than retype it all, I've posted a link to that thread, so you can review it, as I did to get your history. Just click on the following link and it will take you there:

Why did your new doctor stop your cytomel? Perhaps your cytomel dosage wasn't high enough...
Have you been tested for Reverse T3? Once you read the above link and familiarize yourself with FT3 again, I'll explain rT3.
What symptoms are you having?
That is correct within the lab requisition forum issued to physcians, TSH and ft4 are available boxes to check off ft3 is not . What is ft3 and what is its role in high ft4 ? This is odd last time my levothyroxine was lowered my Tsh kept rising with each decrease , this time as I have slowly been lowered from 250 mcg to 100 ,and currently awaiting adjustment time for next exam ,my Tsh is not rising. Was give Cytomel ,until new Dr stopped the cytomel treatment and this proved to have no effect on my t4 level was same without as with months later . Yes if you have some knowledge of how to continue lowering t4 value more than the over medicated observation, (which my new Dr is doing but not promising anything understandably) ,please help me understand t3 .Thankyou very much is nice to know am not alone ,in these bizarre bundles of contradictions ,and mystery ,the little mighty thyroid gland challenges us with .
I do remember some communication, but it's been a while back... I'll have to go back and refresh my memory, but you might have to help me, too since I deal with a lot of people on the forum.
For right now, a Free T4 of 30, with a high range of 19, when you're on 100 mcg of levo, clearly indicates you're being over medicated.
I'm assuming you haven't had a Free T3 test; is that correct?
Yes am on levothyroxine 100 mcg have been diagnosed hypo for twenty years the test is free t4 . We had some enlightening chats in the past Barb you helped me out before check my history if you like although this is a different thyroid issue now . Don't know totall t4. After all the dynamics past couple years feels like thyroid accelerates being out of shape . I am hypo although was treated as hyper and given ptu by a Dr taking liberty in a area he should not have clearly a bad mistake . Still feel like during that ptu treatment my total energy and drive was drastically reduced to this day and tomorrow.
Do you have hyperthyroidism (over active thyroid) from Graves Disease or something similar?
Is Free T4 or is it Total T4? There's a difference between the 2. If it doesn't specify, it's total T4.
Have you had a Free T3 test?
Are you taking any type of medication for your thyroid?
