Low TSH normal t4

My daughter (age 15) has a very low TSH and normal T4.  Her results are as follows
   TSH  - 0.025
   T4 - 1.12
Her levels in the middle of september were right along the normal lines.  At that time they tested because she was considered overweight.  Since then she has lost 16 pounds without making any changes, has a very decreased appetite, is suffering from dizziness and some vision changes.  As a mother I am very scared and unsure what all this means.  Anyone have any answers?
Thanks

I would look into a pituitary disorder or secondary hyperthyroidism

What are her symptoms besides the vision? Is there a reason her TSH is so low?(supressed for cancer?) What meds is she on? Have you gotten Free T3 tested?
