Thyroditis/nodule

I have posted before but recently had some other tests and I ma looking for feedback as to whether or not I should see an endo.  I have been hypo of 30 years.  My TSH always fluctuates some but the last year or so it has been to the extreme.  I have also had enlarged lymph nodes which promoted a lymph node removal in 2007.  Now more enlarged lymph nodes and full feeling in my neck with big swings n TSH.  I asked for T3 and T4 as well as TSH and then every thing came back "normal" although those were just 3 tests and I wasn't sure exactly what they were.  My ENT ordered a biopsy of the nodes.  During the ultrasound the doc noted my right thyroid lobe was thin which she said was from being on meds for so long.  She noted my thyroid was heterogenous with the left lobe enlarged and a nodual on the left lobe.  Then they just biopsied the lymph node and told me I would need follwo up on the thyroid.  I wonder why she didn't biopsy the thyroid and node?  She asked if I have evr been diagnoses with Hashi and no one has ever mentioned it to me before.  She siad something about Thyroiditis.  I don't have the offical report back just enough to know what she said about the thyroid and that the lymph nodes were not cancer.  I don't know what to do next, if anything.

I have not gotten the reports yet so when I get them I will post.  I do have the last blood work for the TSH and T3 and T4.  T4 was 2.1 and 1.0 but they gave me no reference or specific name for the test.  T3 was 84 and TSH was 1.22.  He said those were normal.  Last TSH was .019 and the one before that was 38.66 so quite a swing.
The lymph node biopsy was non cancerous but she said a full report would be available on Tuesday.  I am guessing they will not send me the full report. The nurse will probably just call.  I asked last time for them to mail me the report and they never did.  I have never had blood work for hashimoto's.

First you need to get copies of all your reports including your labs. Then post the actual thyroid lab results with ranges. Then let us know what your ultrasound said. If the nodule was too small, then they would not biopsy it. What was the result of your lymph node biopsy?
Did your doctor run the actual blood work to test for Hashimoto's?
