TSH 0.02??

Hi guys,
I am new to these sites/forums so I apologise if I seem uneducated with my problem.
I had a TT and right neck dissection for Thyroid Ca 9 months ago. During surgery I almost dies due to my jugular vein being "nicked".
After a few months of different dosages of thyroxine I seemed better then ever back in July. Unfortunately the Endo changed my dose from 100 to 150 per day.... Well a month after that I have not Ben the same. I have end up in emergency a number of times due to hypehyroidism. My heart palls, races, shortness of breath, sooooooo tired yet can't get to sleep, dizzy, nausea all the time (I never vomit though just the feling) sometimes blurred vision and even lack of concentration. I had told her to not up the dose but she said I need to be suppressed so cancer doesn't come back. At this stage, cancer felt a breeze as I had no symptoms and it was found by accident. I have changed meds since to 125 then a couple weeks later to 100 and 4 weeks now and if decided to take 75 three times a day and 100 four times a day. I don't see my Endo til next month.
I am in Australia and was hoping someone could tell me what are normal ranges of blood work?
Thanks in advance :)

My apologies... I ment a per day lol if I can't handle the symptoms now imagine if I was taking that much.
This is my 3rd week on 100 per day and I'm taking thyroxine.
My bloods 3 weeks ago while I was on 150 were TSH <0.01 and free t4 25.4. Two weeks later I got only for the TSH which was 0.02. The specialist I saw said that my TSH was undetectable and to bring it up alittle and until a few more weeks I need to wait to see if the symptoms get any better.
They haven't got ny better and don't really know what to do til next month. I also have thalasemia which makes I aneamic too.
I just find it weird that before I was told to up my dose to 150 I was feeling great... Now just can't get back there.

Thank you for your response though :)

What medication are you actually taking?  Just the levothyroxine?  That's not to be taken more than once/day, or you will become extremely hyper.  Please tell me you aren't REALLY taking 75 mcg levo 3 times/day or 100 mcg 4 times/day........

Typically, TSH is kept suppressed following ThyCa, but you shouldn't be thrown into symptoms of hyper.

More important than TSH, though is the levels of your Free T3 and Free T4.  Those are the actual thyroid hormones, and will determine whether you have symptoms or not;  TSH does not cause or alleviate symptoms.
