No, I am not suggesting that you go back to lower doses.  I am suggesting that you should consider increasing your doses to raise your Free T4 to middle of the range, and raising your Free T3 level high enough to relieve any hypo symptoms you have.

Med doses should not be adjusted based on TSH.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that has no direct effect on symptoms.  Many hypo patients find that their TSH becomes suppressed below range when taking adequate thyroid med.

this result is good for me so can i return to 25mcg T4 and 6,2mcg T3 which give me same results past time with little higher in TSH ?
i feel good without depression ( stopped antidepressant ) and have some energy ( not a lot )
i sleep 6-8 hours per day ( more than 12 in the past ) and feel good without tired.

The change in your Free T3 level is nothing to be concerned about.  Serum levels of Free T4 and Free T3 are the sum of both natural thyroid hormone and also thyroid med.  When you start on thyroid med or increase the dose it reduces the TSH level and thus decreases the output of natural thyroid hormone.  So, many people find that their Free T4 and Free T3 levels don't really start increasing until the TSH becomes suppressed and the serum levels are totally the result of increasing doses of thyroid med.

Although some people might find those levels adequate, everyone is different and some require higher levels.  I suggest that you should talk to the doctor about increasing your T4 med to raise your Free T4 to the middle of the range, and increase your T3 med high enough in the range to relieve hypo symptoms.

Your ferritin level is good.  You are taking an adequate dose of D.  I would also test for B12 and optimize to the upper end of its range.

So, I take it that you are now feeling the effects of the T3?

we haven't T3 on our country so i get it from GYM
Bodybuilding using it for Blotting
my brand is thyro3 alpha pharma

after i increased my dose i felt like zombie  ( lost my feeling )
so i stopped my anti-depression medicine (Cymbalta)
and i am fine now without anti-depressant for the first time from 2 years
i still have some Cymbalta withdrawal, but nothing can't deal with it.

Yes, I agree with Barb.  Every time we change dose, our bodies have to rebalance on the new dose, and that can cause symptoms to return temporarily.  However, constipation is not typically a side effect of Synthroid, rather it's a symptom of hypo, an indication that your dose isn't high enough or that you're in a state of flux when changing meds.

Some people can take their T3 at night.  However, most people avoid taking it too late because it disturbs sleep.  Do you mind my asking what specific brand of T3 you're on and where you got it?

watch this thread please

Barb135 said (It's not unusual when starting/changing a med or dose, for symptoms to get worse for a while, as your body adjusts to the new med/dosage. Sometimes, we have to "ride it out" until our body adjusts to having the hormones. )

do you think that what happen to me ?
and why i feel nothing when taking T3
i take 6,2 mcg in the morning and another dose after go to bed and sleep for 8 hours without problem!!
is that normal ?

Constipation is a hypo symptom.  Did you increase your T4 meds last week as planned?  Did you keep your T3 the same?

Joint pain can be a symptom of hypo or hyper.  Not everything is thyroid related, either.  I'd watch for some of the more common symptoms of hyper that I've listed.

I don't.  Dark spots on hands is not a hyper symptom that we hear of much.

I've found that when I've been hyper (over medicated), it's not hard to recognize the symptoms.  Look for insomnia, anxiety or restlessness, diarrhea, heart palpitations, increased heart rate and/or blood pressure, unexplained weight loss, etc.

As long as you don't have hyper symptoms, don't worry about your TSH.  TSH is nothing but a messenger from your pituitary to your thyroid to tell it to make more hormone.  TSH causes NO symptoms.  It's not low TSH, but high FT3, that can cause problems.  Once on meds, many people find that TSH becomes unreliable, probably because we get our hormones once a day in a tablet, rather than continuously throughout the day.

You might also think about increasing your T4 meds in two steps:  Go to 37.5 for a couple of weeks, see how you feel before going to the full 50 mcg.

i think you are right i shouldn't decrease T3 because i still have low blood pressure and heart rate with 2 pieces

I agree that your T4 meds should be increased, but your FT3 is looking very good.  Do you feel you need to decrease T3 at the same time?  Did you ever start taking three pieces?  Have you felt the effects of the T3 meds?

here is my latest lab test

Iron Ferritin: 87.9 ng/ml (Adult Male 20 - 250)
TSH: 0.68 uIU/ml (0.3 - 5.5)
Free T3: 3.4 pg/ml (2 - 4.4)
Free T4: 1.0 ng/dl (0.7 - 1.8)

so i will decrease T3 to one piece per day (25/8 = 3,1 mcg)
and increase T4 to (50 mcg)

You might have to go to 3 pieces, then, if you don't feel anything yet.  You still have to have some patience; it's not immediate.

i take 2 pieces per day already

T3 is much faster acting than T4, but it can still take a little time to feel the effects.  You might also tolerate it well and 3.1 mcg just won't do it for you.  If I were you, I'd give it a couple more days and then add a second piece in later in the day.
