My thyroid test reports

T3 -1.69, T4-103.9, TSH-2.90
ATG-254.9 anti thyroglobulin antibody
AMA-108.8 anti microsomal antibody
I feel fatigue, weight gain ,swelling of feet nd face,blood pressure, and vitiligo. Kindly advise.

Do your T3 and T4 tests say they are FREE T3 (FT3) and FREE T4 (FT4)?  If FREE isn't specified in the description, they are total T3 and total T4.

Both TGab and TPOab are elevated.  Those are the two markers for Hashimoto's thyroiditis (Hashi's).  Hashi's is an autoimmune disease.  Your immune system sees your thyroid as foreign protein and attacks it.  Hashi's is the most prevalent cause of hypothyroidism.

T4 103.9 Range 66-180
Tsh 2.90 Range .27-4.20

ATg 254.8 Range <60
Ama 108.8 Range <60

Please post the reference ranges for your T3, T4, TGab and TPOab.  Also, I believe your free T4 is 1.69, and your total T3 is 103.9, am I correct?
