Were you recommended for FNA? I'm going through something similar and have an FNA scheduled on Tuesday.
If nodules are getting 2 times bigger and their features are changing, the biopsy will be a next step. I am not a big fan of using word cancer unless there is clear evidence of it!

Is this something serious that I need to worry about? My blood test for TSH and T3, T4 were all in the normal limits. In 6 months, if I were to get the ultrasound done again and the nodules are getting bigger, can it indicate that it may be cancerous?
Nodules of this size and single point calcification (not micro-calcification) are usually monitored for 6 month; if stable, then the observation only is typically needed
