New Thyroid Numbers - Dr. Wants to lower doses

Hi everyone!  I had a TT almost 4 years ago and am doing really well.  I received my lab results:  TSH 0.0, free T4 2.1, free T3 3.3 - my doctor wants to change my thyroid from 137 mcg to 125 mcg.  The last time I was on 125 I felt groggy and tired all of the time.  I want to stay on 137.  What do you think?

Thanks!

IF the Ft3 and FT4 are within the reference range, I would argue for staying at the dose which you are comfortable with.

If they are above range, then maybe a slight decrease.

TSH can be suppressed by thyroid meds.

Please post the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those FT3 and FT4 tests.  Test results and reference ranges vary a bit from lab to lab, so it is important to know where your results fall within the range.
