Profound sweating after thyroid surgery
My sister had her thyroid removed almost 3 years ago. Now suffering with profuse drenching wet sweating 5-7 times daily. She can't leave home. Dtr. changed medicine 3x to date. Is there anyone else with these symptoms?

What type of medication is your sister taking and what are her actual thyroid hormone levels with reference ranges? It sounds as though her hormone dosage might be too high causing her to have hyper symptoms.
Does she have any symptoms, other than the sweating? There are other conditions, not thyroid related, that can cause excessive sweating, as well.
