Skin Burning Sensation with Hashimotos

Noticed today that on both my forearms (oddly, only at the 'top' and sort of near the middle) I have a burning sensation.  It's not all the time, but comes and goes.  But feels similar to a sunburn or just general burning sensation.  It's not severe, but more annoying at this point and comes and goes almost like in waves when it does appear.

Curious if anyone has also had this and what you did that worked (or even a cause).  I'm guessing it is related to a possible hashi flare up, but I don't know for sure.
