Then your Reverse T3 is about mid-range, which is okay. With those symptoms you really need to know your Free T3 level, since inadequate Free T3 can cause hypothyroid symptoms like those you mentioned. Once you know your Free T3 level you can determine if you need to add a second source of T3 to your med or just increase your dose of WP Thyroid. You should make sure they always test for both Free T4 and Free T3 every time you go in for tests.
Your D is fine, and your B12 needs to be increased. Your ferritin is very high. I know that it can be related to inflammation. When I also tried to assess all your iron related tests using the matrix in this link, I could not find a category that seemed to fit.

From what I have read I think your iron tests, especially the low % saturation, are more of a concern than your doctor has assumed. I urge you to follow up on this, and perhaps get a second opinion from a doctor who is well versed in this area.
Your Free T4 is at 47% of its range, which is a bit lower than recommended Should be at least mid-range. I am confused by your Free T3 result. I cannot find any reference range that fits with that result. Could that possibly be Total T4? Maybe it would help if you gave us the measurement units shown for that test, then perhaps we can clear it up.
Your Vitamin D is fine. B12 is better in the upper end of the range. Supplementing more will help with fatigue. Your ferritin is higher than I would expect to see. As a start I think you need to do further testing such as serum iron, TIBC, and % saturation. Didn't your doctor have anything to say about the high ferritin result?
Also, are you supplementing for the D, B12 and ferritin? If so, how much daily for each?
Sorry, I should have also asked what other symptoms, if any, do you have?
Before discussing further, did you take your thyroid med in the morning before blood draw for those lab results? Also, have you been tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin? If so, please post those results as well.
