Suspicious lesions

I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis disease. I had an ultrasound on my thyroid three months ago. They found a focal oval shaped nodule is seen behind and inferior to the left lobe of the thyroid. This was not apparent on previous scan 9months earlier. Told possible paratyroid adenoma. Had repeat scan this week and results are very heterogeneous parenchyma of the thyroid notes with increased vasularity being suggestive of thyroiditis or autoimmune disease. 2 Suspicious lesions adjacent to the lower poles of both thyroid lobes are seen raising the possibility of parathyroid nodules. Further workup by parathyroid nuclear scan should be considered.
