Seeing your low Free T3 and T4  values you require thyroid replacement pills. increased TSH also says that. Possibly you need to start with a very low dose and repeat the same test after some 4 to 6 weeks. A TSH value .3 to 3 is preferable for most people.

Also check for Vitamin D, B12 deficiencies and if its not in optimal range supplement. Most hypothyroid people are deficient in these.

Please read my comments above to wickedwolf for the general discussion.

Your wife's FT4 is at 29% of range, which is low of the 50% guideline for FT4.  Her FT3 is at 23% of range, also low of the FT3 guideline.  Those could quite possibly be giving her hypo symptoms.  TSH is slightly elevated according to the range used by her lab, even more so if using the 0.3-3.0 range.

Is your doctor suggesting meds?

Since your profile seems to indicate you crave enlightenment, listen and learn!  LOL

Ranges vary lab to lab, so you have to see the range before declaring results as "normal".  Furthermore, thyroid test ranges are very flawed, and many of us have symptoms until FT4 is about 50% of range and FT3 is 50+%.  The whole bottom half of the range should probably be considered hypo.  Just because we are "in range" doesn't mean we necessarily feel well.  Lab results have to be evaluated in the context of symptoms.

More than a decade ago, AACE recommended that TSH range be changed to 0.3-3.0.  Labs and doctors have been very slow to accept that "new" range, and many of us would be helplessly hypo at 3.0.  According to this standard, TSH is out of range.

Hello Samath,
The Thyroid test which you have posted is within range. There is nothing to add up. Did your doctor say why she had to take this test?

Please give us the reference ranges for those.  Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your wife's own lab report.

Is she having any symptoms?  Is she on thyroid meds?
