thyroid and adrenal

I would love help, can't get any from Dr's. Let me start by saying I found this site trying to find out why I have a train sound in my head 24/7 worse at night. I was told by my Dr. that I was hearing my blood flow in my head and that some people are sensitive to things like that LOL!!! Now let me tell about all the tings that have to me that I can not get any help with DR just blows me off. In 2004 I started having massive pain in my right side and went to ER after an MRI was told that I had a cyst on the top of my kidney and that they don't cause people pain, we think it your gallbladder so we are going to take it out. Pain stopped for about a year than started again, finally last year I got my Dr. to send me to a endocrinologist who told me that it was a cyst on my adrenal gland it was so big it had my kidney pushed down liver pushed up and lung pushed back, no pain in the side anymore. This year went to my Dr. for a sinus infection and he told me I had a cyst on my thyroid, he did a blood test and said I was fine nothing to worry about. I had to have a hysterectomy because I had endometriosis so bad in 2004 WOW!!! Also last year the left side of my face went numb as I was doing dishes so I went straight to ER they checked me out did an MRI and told me I had a silent stroke at some point and that all was good now and sent me home. I feel like all my hormones are wrecked and can not get any help. My symptoms, Hot Flashes, numbness and tingling in hands and feet, train sound in my head 24/7, muscle spasms, fat pockets on my belly, sinus problems, ears and throat hurts all the time, left side of the top of my head hurts and is tender (the side  of silent stroke)  muscle loss, blurred vision, memory loss, brain fog, panic attacks, can not lose weight no matter what I do, don't sleep well, feel tired all the time, I'm sure there is things I forgot to mention. Any feed back or help would be great.

I'm taking a phytoestrogen soy supplement for my low estrogen levels (I had one ovarian cyst removed). My mother had excellent success with getting rid of her menopausal symptoms taking a soy supplement.  I do have hypothyroidism so I have to make sure I take thyroxine and soy at different times (soy can interfer with thyroxine absorption). There are plenty of articles on the symptoms of menopause but this is a random one I found from Project Aware The 35 Symptoms of Menopause...

"This list of common symptoms that occur during perimenopause and menopause was developed from the real-life experiences of hundreds of women. All symptoms were experienced by numerous women and were either cyclical in nature, or responded to treatments (both traditional and alternative) known to address hormonal imbalances.

Irregular heart beat
