TSH high, T3 and T4 normal

Should I take medication, I am 26 yo and having TSH 6.03 uIU/mL, T3 0.62 ng/ml, T4 5.80 ug/ml

Hi, thank you for the response. The ranges are as
T3 : 0.6-1.51
T4 : 4.5-10.9
TSH : 0.35-5.5
In the report it's mentioned as only T3 and T4.

What are the reference ranges for the T4 and T3?  Ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report for the best comparison.  Also, were those Free T4 and Free T3 or were they Total T4 and Total T3?  It should specify on the report if they were Free T4 and Free T3.  

Are you having symptoms of a thyroid condition? If so, please list them.

I forgot to mention - also please list any other tests you may have had, such as antibody tests to determine if you have Hashimoto's, vitamin/mineral tests, ultrasound, etc.  Be sure to include reference ranges with any test results.
