Do TSH elevates during throat infection?

I am 24yrs female,I recently had throat infection during which I tested thyroid profile for which I got normal t3 and t4 levels but TSH levels were bit higher. So do I have to consult a doctor to begin with my treatment or wait for few weeks to get tested again?
My thyroid profile details:
T3: 98.24 ng/dL
T4: 5.9 ng/dL
TSH: 6.11 IU/mL

Test results and related ranges vary from one lab to another, so it is important to always compare results to ranges shown on the lab report.   Please post the ranges shown for those tests.

I am not sure that I have an answer for you but over the last 2 years I had tonsilitis 9 times I also have a multinodular goiter but ny TSH is low o.141 and T3 T4 are both in the range....my B12 a few years ago was so low I had to have injectios for about a year now it always sits at the low range all the time...
I have just had 2 nodules biopsied one hard one with calcification and one cold nodule awaiting results next week. For the last couple of months my thyroid has caused me pain in my neck up into my ear...I am looking forward to a proper diagnosis so i can get started on treatment and hopefully feel better.

In trying to assess a person's thyroid status, the most important consideration is always symptoms.  Next is to confirm that by biochemical tests.  So please tell us about any symptoms you have.  Also, in order to assess your test results we need you to post the reference ranges shown on the lab report.
