Thyroid Cancer, Hashimoto's, and muscle spasms/twitching

I'm posting this question to see if it's just me or if it's possible.
For months before my PTC diagnosis, I was all over the hypo/hyper spectrum: mood swings, muscle pain, muscle shakes and weakness, various fluctuations in metabolism/digestion/bowel habits, you name it. Even earned myself a trip to the ER for a psychotic episode for my troubles.

On top of that, I erupted in body spasms and twitching. Literally everywhere, overnight. From minute fasciculations to full muscle spasms you can see. Was tested for everything from MS to vitamin deficiencies, all negative. Only real issue is the thyroid. They took out half of it and started me on Levo 25mcg once daily after the PTC diagnosis. Only thing I've seen since starting it is some diarrhea and the muscle twitching localize to two spots on my leg. It is basically non-stop and not like the other twitches I experienced before.

I'd ask my family doctor about it again, but I'm sure she'd think I'm nuts.
