Could you repost those levels again with the reference ranges provided for each level. This way members can get a better idea where you are with thyroid, Since you are in the UK those levels look high compared to the US levels. Your muscle issues could be derived from lack of absorption of Vitamin D, which is common with thyroid sufferers, try taking 2000 units per day of Vitamin D3 (Make sure to read the label, you do not want anything with Soy as an ingredient)(You can buy 2000 unit pills) Also take at least 1- 450mg dose of Magnesium Glycinate at night prior to bed. I went through the same muscle and joint pain that you described and am Hypoactive (Hashimoto's)  Good Luck FTB4

Hmmm, your Thyroid levels if I am reading them correctly look as if you are hyperthyroid. not hypo.. the stiffness and joint and muscles pains are more a symptom of hypo usually, from what I have been reading. But also, I was on levothyroxine for just aabout 2 months when I started to develope severe hip and shoulder pains, muscle spasms, feeling like someone ran me over with a truck. Since then have been tested for EVERY OTHER autoimmune and hormonal problem, lyme, ect..MRI of hips, CT Scans. Just showed fluid build up in hips and shoulders. Had Cortisone shots..they didn't work for more that 2 days. Been going to physical therapy for the past 5 months. Finally freaked out at my Endo and demanded he give me Armour, natural thyroid after months of tests and research I discovered that Gerneric Levothyroxine inactive ingredients are terrible! He would not switch me to Armour. But he changed my med to Synthroid Brand Name which has way many less inactive ingrediants. and most of them are natural products not chemicals. That was on 4/15/11. And as of today 5/21/11 my joint pains, muscle spasms and run over feeling are almost gone. So even though every Dr told me it was just really not possible my pains and stuff where caused by Levothyroxine they have now sort of changed their tune after seeing my improvment with the switch to Synthroid Brand. But I will tell you it was a hell of a fight to get any 1 of the Orthos, Rheumys, Engo, or MD to think that I could be allergic to anything in that gerneric med and to let me try to switch. I am at 8 months of  this fighting pain,  Sorry I know this was a long reply.
