Your FT4 is at 70% of range, and the target for that is more like 50%. It seems like you might be taking a little too much T4. Also, as you know, your doctor should be testing FT3.

No other tests were run. I have experienced some heat intolerance as well as low grade anxiety feelings. The ranges listed were from the lab report.
Reference ranges vary lab to lab, so there is no such thing as a "standard range". Is that from your own lab report? FT3 wasn't tested?
Are you having hyper (overmedication) symptoms? It's really how you feel that determines when a change in meds is in order.
