I have an under active thyroid and I have missed 3 days of not taking my thyroid medication due to running out of my medication is this serious or I’m worrying to much?

I agree that it will take a few days before you will feel the effects of not having your medication.  Why did your run out and have you been able to get more, so you can resume your normal dosage?  As Red_Star said, it's always best to avoid running out of medication.  Most pharmacies will "lend" a few pills to get by if you're between doctors or something like that.

My symptoms will show up very quickly without thyroid medication. I am not a normal case! My cells are no doubt damaged from inflammation. But in general it is stated you will not feel differently for probably 3-5 days after you stop or run out. It is best however to avoid missing a dosage.
