Please someone out there tell me that when i stabilize the weight has a chance of coming off, I got the go ahead to start exercising, however that didn't work, just put on weight, cut back on food, if that is possible, and still i gained, stopped eating breakfast, and still i gained. next will be cutting out lunch and eating one meal a day. This is so not fair.

pretty soon i will be a hermit, cause i cannot stand to be like this. crazy i know, but i am so comfortable in my own body it disgusts me.

I know you have all been there, just looking for some light at the end of the tunnel, and how long it took to see it!!

thanks for the words of wisdom, i appreciate them very much. how much is 10kg in pounds?

my goodness the swollen thing is a biggie. my eyes are the worst. I feel as though i am water soaked, the more water i drink the more i gain, it should be the opposite.

i have graves, but gaining instead of losing. i guess it doesn't matter, hypo/hyper you still gain.

want my life back now, the extra weight is stopping me from having fun, and the heat tolerance makes it that much harder to carry the extra weight around.

I had a weight problem gained 10 kg in last 4 years, now I am going down slowly, I have hashimoto normal TSH although I like to keep is very very low.  I used to take 100mcg but now I play with a dosage in cold days or when I know that I will be in AC room too long I take 125,  I started to take high quality omega 3 and it  helped me a lot, mooved to 1000 calorie diet! Started to take as well coQ10 from nurtycology and I am doing 45 min light running every other day. People see me and tell me that I am no longer swollen!!! So I hope it will be helpful to you.
