What to do about Thyroid numbers? Suffering major hair loss

I am suffering from major hair loss.  My new lab numbers are in.  The dr. added 5 mg of cytomel before these labs.  Was on for one month.  First lab numbers are after addition to cytomel.  Second numbers are previous.  I am on one grain of WP Thyroid.  Have been on WP for 5 months.

TSH                     0.55 (0.450-4.500 UIU/ml)          1.270
Reverse T3         14.6 (9.2-24/1 ng/dl)                    18.1
T4, Free               1.08(0.82-1.77 ng/dl)           1.27
Thyroglobulin Antibody <1.0 (0.0-0.9 IU/ml)    Only tested first lab.
Ferritin                336 (15-150 ng/ml)                310
Triiodthyronine       2.6(2.0-4.4 pg/ml)               2.3
Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO)ab  8 (0-34)            Not retested second lab.

Hair continues to fall out drastically.  Dr. has now advised to raise to 1 1/2 grain and increase cytomel to 5mg 2xday.
Just so worried hair is going to continue to fall out.  Not sure if hair loss is worse due to addition  of cytomel.  Would it help to increase both?  Feel great with the addition of cytomel but it has seemed to accelerate hair loss a bit.  It is to the point scalp is showing and bald spots are occuring.  Wide part.  Thin all over and very dry and brittle.
Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks so much!

I just want to add that high ferritin is, often, a sign of inflammation somewhere in the body.

I have been to several different types of dr.s to determine where the inflammation is coming from.  After tons of blood work and dr's. they cannot find anything.  Very frustrating.  The hair loss is the worst part.  Does not seem to be subsiding.  The cytomel makes me feel  much better but am afraid it is accelerating the hair loss.  Wondering if it will level out.

The iron test panel does not reveal anything more.

Cytomel is one of the few meds that have no known direct side effects.  Any effect would be from too little or too much Cytomel, with associated low or high Free T3.

I actually have high ferritin.  338.  Have not been able to find the cause of the high ferritin.  D and B12 are in range now.
Iron panel:
Iron TIBC     335    250-450
UIBC            200    131-425
Serum          135    27-159
Saturation      40     15-55

Ferritin           336     15-150
Any additional suggestions would help.  Should I increase the meds regarding hair loss?  Do we think that might help?  I have heard that cytomel causes hair fall.
Thanks so much!

Your Free T4 is low suggesting hypothyrodism and need to address that by taking suitable thyroid hormone pill.

Hypothyroidism and low ferritin are two causes for hair loss.  So the increase in your med dosages is directionally correct, since your Free T3 is too low in the range.  Are you taking an iron supplement?  If not, then you should get a full iron test panel:  serum iron, TIBC, and % saturation, to help identify the cause for the high ferritin.   Hypo patients are also frequently deficient in Vitamin D and B12.  If not tested for those you should do so and then supplement as needed to optimize.  D should be at lest 50 and B12 should be in the upper end of its range, for best effects.
