Well, those are definitely anxiety symptoms, and often anxiety makes anxiety even worse... I know that sounds silly, but I've been through the anxiety thing, so I know what it feels like.

Problem is, anxiety can be a symptom of a thyroid condition, so you really should get your thyroid function checked, by having the tests I mentioned above.  Don't settle for just the TSH test, which is what many most doctors will want to order.  You need the Free T3 and Free T4, as they are the actual thyroid hormones and you won't know what's really going on, without them.

Once you have those results and reference ranges, you can post them, here on this thread and we can help you interpret them.

Okay ill do that . Ive been to the er a dozen times for something being stuck in my throat at the bottom . I cant sleep ive been up all night . And my anxiety is through the roof right now . They just send me home saying its anxiety disorder . But i cant even get my drink down past the very bottom of my throat right now and its worse when i lay down , so im scared to go to sleep. Ive also lost 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks since ive first had problems. And my legs , arms , and hands keep tingling . Also i keep getting sharp pains in my chest on both sides.

It's possible that you have a thyroid disorder.  You'd have to ask your doctor order appropriate tests to confirm thyroid function, if you haven't already done that, since your symptoms could apply to other conditions, as well.

The tests you need are TSH, Free T3 and Free T4.  If you've had any of these tests, please post the results and corresponding reference ranges as shown on your lab report.  Once we see those, we'd be able to better assess your situation and give you a better opinion.
