What's wrong with me?

Many years ago, was found to have several thyroid nodules.  Had a sono & another a year later, they said no change & follow with labs over the years.
Fast forward to 2013.  A 2x3 cm large swelling popped up on my right thyroid.  Had a sono & biopsy. Biopsy showed "blood & follicular/ Hurthle Cells with mild atypia".  The ENT I was under said "no worries, all was fine now".  Sono several months later showed an enlarged thyroid, but the cyst had mostly resolved.
From then I was under my OB/GYN.

My labs: 9/16/13- Free T4 1.09 {0.73-1.95} TSH 1.130 {0.500-4.700}
4/24/2014-Free T4 0.79 {0.73-1.95} TSH 0.584 {0.500-4.700} Free T3 2.8 {2.3-4.2} Testosterone <17 {17-46}
08/19/2014- Free T4 1.25 {0.82-1.77} Free T3 3.2 {2.0-4.4} TSH 0.019 {0.450-4.500}
08/29/2014- TPO Ab- 11 {0-34}, Thyroglobulin Anti Ab <1.0 {0.0-0.9} Thyroglobulin 16.6 {1.5-38.5}
10/10/2014- (I was pregnant!) TSH 0.3 {0.5-4.7} T4 6.3 {4.4-12.4} T3 Uptake 30.8% {20.0-38.5%} Calculated T7   1.94 {1.05-4.50}
11/6/2014- Free T4 1.07 {0.73-1.95} TSH 0.343 {0.500-4.700}
3/18/2015- Free T3-2.5 {2.3-4.2} Free T4 0.85 {0.73-1.95} TSH 0.796 {0.500-4.700}
5/19/2015-Had a baby, recovery went well.
11/25/2015- TSH 0.630 {0.450-4.500}
6/7/2016-TSH 0.574 {0.450-4.500} Free T4 1.19 {0.82-1.77}  Birth control placed (Nexplanon)
9/2/2016-Free T3 2.6 {2.3-4.2} Free T4 0.62 {0.73-1.95} TSH 0.519 {0.500-4.700} Started on 75 mcg Synthroid. Had birth control removed due to constant bleeding.
10/27/2016-Free T4 1.36 {0.73-1.95} TSH 0.011 {0.500-4.700} Free T3 3.4 {2.3-4.2} Told to stay on 75 mcg.

I have gained 40 pounds in the past year.  Hair gone, lethargic, brain fog, fatigued.  But I also get night sweats, rapid heart rate (100+bpm at rest).  I begged my doc to take out the birth control because I was depressed and had suicidal thoughts.  Realizing it was a hormonal issue, I couldn't take it anymore.  I'm better, but just by a bit.  Any ideas?  And starting the synthroid didn't seem to help any symptoms.
