Hi

It takes time.
I'm 4 weeks post-op and while I basically feel prety good, there are some days that are better than others. My dose is higher than yours, (.175) which some days keeps me from being tired, but there are others where all I want to do is sleep.

Be good to yourself, it takes a while to work everything out.

Hang in there, and keep reading this site. . .I know it's been a sanity saver for me!
