Anyone out therer suffering from acr and pituitary tumor,who went through transsphoidal surgery. And would like to chat about it. thanks donna
Same back in 1985, with 5000 rads of irradiation when surgery did not remove all of the adenoma. Treatment today is impressively improved! Longterm problem for me is need for replacement hormones because of non-function of pituitary.
My need for information is: how does one recognise need for additional prednisone post stress? What are the signs and symptoms of need for prednisone, and also of excess prednisone? I need to be able to reach a balance!
