It looks like you are on a little too much Tirosint. 70% is quite high for FT4. But, if anything, that would make you feel hyper, not hypo. Your doctor really should be testing FT3. My guess is that you do not convert FT4 to FT3 well, so even with more than adequate FT4, FT3 remains too low. FT3 correlates best with symptoms. I'd request FT3 (repeat FT4 and TSH at the same time) so we can see what's going on with that and go from there. If your doctor won't order it, you can order it yourself online.
Both your TPOab and TGab are elevated. Those are the two markers for Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Hashi's is an autoimmune disease. Your immune system starts to see your thyroid as foreign protein and attacks it. Ultimately, Hashi's is hypothyroidism, but in early stages it can be hyper or swing from hypo to hyper.
Right now, your TSH is low, and your FT4 is at 70% of range (50% is the target for FT4). Both of those are on the hyper side. Are you having hyper symptoms?
Your doctor should also be testing FT3 every time blood is drawn. FT3 is the most active of the thyroid hormones.
