conversion issues!!

I'm sure that this happens back in the states & in other developed countries as well, but it seems more prevalent here! I'm currently residing in Romania & have had all of my bloodwork performed here. Some of the values seem the same, but others are just waaaay out there! I was trying to fill out my Thyroid Tracker and realized that my Free T4 values were the same for two and different for the other two... and completely in different units than the Tracker indicates!

March - 0.67 ng/dl (Low for the 0.9 - 1.9 range)
April - 11.81 pmol/l (Low for the 12 - 22 range)
June - 11.4 pmol/L ( same)
July - 0.87 ng/dl (same range as March)

The tracker goes by mcg/dl

Try as I might, I couldn't find a reliable conversion and my days of chem are long past and way out of my foggy brain's range! If anyone is a little more up to date with their math, I would love the insight!

Thanks!

The values that are in question in my  mind (and shown in the post) are those of Free T4. The TSH values all match up - as in they are the same units as the Tracker and across the four blood tests.

There's not an issue with diagnosis as YES I am on meds at this time (Euthyrox - synthetic), I'm just curious so that it is at least comparable when I get back into the States.

You need to be able to evaluate the whole blood panel. Do you have your values for the TSH and T3?

Actuually the T4 and T3 panel should read Free T3 and Free T4. If it does not it is way to difficult - even impossible to really see where you may be on a thyroid evaluation.

Are you on meds at this time?
