help PLEASE

Please help I need some direction.  I have been dealing with this illness for over 4 yrs.  I have done everything, sustained release t3, drinking clean water, organic foods, avoiding processed foods. take minerals, eating healthy fats, don't smoke, I get at least 8 hours of sleep, went gluten and wheat free, I get allergy clearings by the NATE system, probiotics, fiber, vitamin d3, exercise  (when feel well enough to) I have seen specialists, homepaths, etc I have even done emotional work, I have been tested for parasites and yeast etc, came out negative but I have done many cleanses for both, I even put my self in school for natural nutrition, you name it I have tried it.  I am NOT  the type of person that enjoys attention from illness.I am tenacious and I have and will do anything to get better.  A trend in my labs is that my T3 uptake is always on the high side (like a couple points from being flagged) or actually high.  My other concern is my cholesterol  my HDL was low 37?  My LDL is 68.  I had great HDL before, so this could be hormonal? I am 5 51/2 ft and I am 120 lbs I would be considered by most very fit, and considering on how healthy I eat I should be the last person on the planet with HDL issues
All I know is that I have a family that I love with all of my heart and I need some relief! ( I am not a good mommy when I cant even use my brain) I am tired of being on this roller coaster feeling good, feeling bad, I can't take it anymore  look below for my labs, my hair has been falling out again off and on for the last few months, my skin is so dry it feels like is ripping off my face as I am writing this
TSH 1.350  Thyroxine (T4) 8.4 T3 Uptake 38 % 24-39 01 Free Thyroxine Index 3.2 T4,Free(Direct) 1.62
Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum 2.9

Welcome, you sound like me with your ways of living....I have tried it all too.

It seems like you were looking for doctors opinion? I also think you would benefit from some of the folks on this forum. They have been helping folks for years with great advice.

It would help to know what treatment you are on and doseage, as well as ranges for your blood work.

Thank you

So do you want community opinion? This post is appearing on that side.

I think many can offer some suggestion but the reference ranges on those lab tests would be helpful.

Please post those.

Thanks
