help with the US results, Dr. States "High Probability of Cancer"

Could you please help me decipher these ultrasound results?? Doctor states "looking like a HIGH probability of cancer" sending me to Endo and wants me "in ASAP"  .... just wanted your opinions....--- Thanks Report listed below !

REASON FOR EXAM: Nontoxic single thyroid nodule
TECHNIQUE: Grayscale, color flow and pulse Doppler obtained
Exam Date 09/07/2017

EXAM: US-SOFT TISSUE HEAD AND NECK (THYROID)

FINDINGS:    The isthmus measures 9.3m and has a nodule measuring 12.3 x 6.9 x 1.1cm

The right thyroid lobe measures 2.9X5.9X2.4cm. Deep within the mid-portion of the lobe is a 19.2 x 11.3 x 4.8mm heterogenous hypoechoic nodule
Stippled echogenic foci could represent small calcifiactions. Follow up with biopsy is indicated here. The lesion s hypoechoic to surrounding parenctyma and roughly isoechoic to overlaying strap muscles

Nodule #2 is likely a colloid cyst measuring 7.5 x 5.6 x 6.9mm.  Immediately inferior  to nodule #1 is a third nodule measuring 11.7 x 10.3 x 11.5mm and is roughly spherical.

The left thyroid lobe measures 1.8 x 5.6 x 2.3 cm.  Nodule #1 is a 6.1 x 3.6 x 5.6mm solid nodule that is taller than it is wide and can be followed at this time. Posterior to this is nodule #2 measuring 10.1 x 5.5 x 6.9mm that is heterogeneous. Hypoechoic and taller than it is wide, A central echogenic focus could represent a calcification. This is a solid nodule and should be biopsied. Nodule #3 is a faintly hyoechoic 5.2 x 3.8 x 4.1mm nodule

IMPRESSION:  Each thyroid lobe and Isthmus has solid nodles, see above

If you are worried about a correct diagnosis for thyroid cancer, you might be interested in this...

Excerpts from the study: "Routine second-opinion cytopathology review of thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsies reduces diagnostic thyroidectomy"....

"Some centers have shown significant discordance when a second pathologist evaluates the same FNA biopsy."

"A second opinion improved FNA biopsy accuracy from 60% to 74%. Overall, second-opinion cytology of indeterminate FNA biopsies avoided diagnostic operation in 25% (32/129)."

I think I may have posted this in the wrong section... would it be ok to cross post this into the thyroid cancer section of these forums?
You can contact medhelp to move this question into the thyroid cancer section or repost it in that community.

Ultrasound results that may increase the risk for cancer include hypoechoic; microcalcifications; solid content; increased blood flow; chaotic pattern of  blood vessels; irregular borders; a taller than wide thyroid nodule; absent or irregular halo.

Thank you Red_star....... based on our conversation and  because of his sense of urgency to get me to an endo I honestly felt relief that there is finally hope that my thyroid ride and journey could be coming to an end..... better days are to come .... the word cancer of the thyroid doesn't scare me in the least and am prepared for that diagnosis.... I'm just hoping I can get in to see a doctor that really cares ... when I read the report, it does sound highly suspicious for cancer characteristics although I know that only a biopsy or surgery can actually confirm that.... I've heard so many FNA come back negative when in fact there was cancer so that is concerning me the most that if the biopsy comes back inconclusive will they still take the "wait and see" approach or will they go ahead with surgery based on the report?? Thanks for any advice!
