I don't know if just high TSH levels would warrant an MRI on the pituitary, without lots of other test results to go along with it. For example, what are your T-4 and T-3 levels?
I'm pretty new at this, so am sure that someone else can answer better than I.
Hi I am a 42 year old Female that was born without a Pituitary Gland, all my life has been searching for answers to my multiple questions. One of my questions is, is there anybody out there that has my same condition? I will really love to know if their are any Doctors that are studing patients like me? and if I can be of any help to others and to sience?
I really am not sure. They may be thinking something is wrong with your pituitary gland if your TSH levels are very high.
