i got punched in neck could it cause Hypothyroidism?

yesterday i got punch in my neck

it doesn't hurt too muck just a bit problem with swallowing(not too much)

i didn't see exactly where the punch landed.

i am concerned about thyroid can it cause thyroid problems?

(sorry for bad English)

I expect that no one has answered because of the unusual nature of your question.  Very doubtful that anyone would have experience to draw from, so we are left with opinions only.  My opinion is that it should be fine, based on your description.  So I would just give it some time for swelling/inflammation to resolve.  If that doesn't happen as would be expected, then consult a doctor.
