Hypercalcemia issue and surgery option

Hello, I appreciate if someone can give an opinion about my Hypercalcemia issue.  My endo dr. suggested to do surgery based on my blood test and urine test results.  I am a 51 old female have been suffering from joint pain, fatigue, brain fog, frequent urination, muscles pain since 6 months ago.  Both of my GP and Endo physicians believed surgery is the only option to improve the condition and diet change is not the way to go.  However, I feel a little better after I stopped intake any dairy products about a month ago.  This is my blood work result from a month ago.  I don't take any meds at this point and not sure if I have to after the surgery?
