This BP seems too low for  your BMI.  Do you know what your BP is normally?  I would seek medical attention for this and not let it wait.  Unless you have been severely dehydrated for some reason, something else is going on.  You did not give us enough information regarding what other medical conditions you have, medications you take, etc.  But you need to get medical help for your BP being too low.
