new numbers a year later
tsh came back 0.369 ( high) feel a little hyper, been eating better, exercising, lost about 10 pounds doctor reduced my dose by a 30 half gram a week now on 162 np thyroid a day/ Kevin
yes my A1c came back 5.9 in January(at primary yearly physical) so I've been eating better(lots of salads) (lots of drinking water) plus I've been exercising a lot, weight went from 259 to 245 to 237 so I believe that the reason why. I went a little on the hyper side.

just started the new dose . having some insomnia , feeling too much energy. reduced the dose. take a few weeks to feel difference.

Hey Kevin, it's been a while. Is TSH the only thing that was tested? If you had FT3 and FT4, what were they, with reference ranges?
