on giong thyriod problems

I am 36 yrs old. I have hypothyriodism, goiter with non-cancerous nodules, and Hashimoto's disease (results were 89 several months ago). I just did lab work: TSH was 0.108 and T4 was 1.49 and T3 was 2.7. I feel thirsty all of the time, fatigued, ANA was positive years ago, fertility issues-progestrone was low 2.2. Is there a chance I have pituitary problems too?

How did you find out that you have Hashimoto's. I'm new at all of this. I don't know what I have, I'm just very sick. I wonder about the pituitary problem as well with myself. Sorry I don't have any answers, but I do sympathize with you.
