still not feeling well, what is going on?

I got all my blood work back from my April endo meeting:
I already knew I was hypo, had been on meds for about seven years. Had a Hyper experience in August and since then have lost weight, had higher anxiety, severe depression, total exhaustion. My first endo said to stay off of my levo due to being so reactive to it. That was in December. In April I went to a second endo and she put me on 25 mg, after three days I could not sleep and then she said to cut them in half. a week later I could not leave the house, total depression and anxiety. I have not taken any more since. Am kind of trapped. Waking again with anxiety in early morning hours.
I had been on .25mg clonazapem for about seven years. My primary put me up to 1 mg to combat the severe anxiety and depression and weight loss. The first endo said to stay off all thyroid meds, But my TSH has stayed within 5.0-7.0 and never switched. I hope to hear back if anyone has any idea as to what the heck is going on with my body. Is it sensitive to synthroid? is it just severe anxiety and the clonazapem is no longer working? is it simply antibodies being dumped from time to time into my system. I am at wits end and very depressed at my level of life. I did not leave the house or shower this whole weekend. Missed time with my wife on mothers day and also my sons first communion, yeah that bad

TSH 5.4
Free t4 1.1
Free t3 3.1

Sounds to me like Hashitoxicosis.  I've had this myself but at the moment my TSI antibodies (also called thyroid receptor antibodies TRAb) have settled down. The only difference i can note is the severe stress i was under has improved dramatically. It did take a year for pretibal myxedema to go away though.  The treatment for Hashitoxicosis is called block and replace therapy - using both anti thyroid medication and thyroid replacement hormone.

What are the reference ranges on your FT3 and FT4?

Were you on 25 mcg for all of the seven years?
