I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what HC is.  You may need to start the T3 med on a much lower dose and work up slowly, as your body adjusts to the medication.

Can you post your most recent lab results, with reference ranges?  This might help members comment more fully on your situation.

What is the hydrocortisone for?

Both your FT3 and FT4 are low; yes, FT4 is in range, but barely.  

Have you tried splitting your dose of T3 med into more than once/day?  You could try splitting it in 1/2 and take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon (usually not recommended after about 3:00, as it can cause sleep issues.  You might even need to split it into quarters.
