thyroid labs/normal?

Can a patient have a "normal"   tsh (.437) but with a history of a slightly elevated  prior tsh- and still have abnormal thyriod function. If clinically, there are symtpms of hyperthyroidism,  is it meaningful to go further and order  free t3 and or free t4, and or antibodies? or can I assume that if the tsh is falling into the normal range- that the problem is elsewhere?

Pleae post your FT3 and FT4 levels and their reference ranges.  Too often we hear doctors say "normal" when it's really not.  Have you had antibody testing?

I have a normal t3 and t4, but my tsh is undetectable.  Could is be something more than Graves?  My dr is treating it as graves and increased my medication for the third time.  But I'm tired of feeling crappy all the time.

Yes, it is possible to have "normal" TSH and still have abnormal thyroid function.  TSH is a very poor indicator of thyroid function.  If I were you, I'd definitely have FT3 and FT4 and antibodies tested.
