I was wondering if any if you felt like you were shaking inside.  I had my thyroid removed in April and I haven't felt right since.  My calcium levels are normal but I still feel shakey.

I know it takes some time to get the meds regulated. For me it took 3 and a half years to finally find the correct dosage and brand. I felt like you when I joined this community but about a week after joining my levels were FINALLY NORMAL!!!  So hang in there.

Once you Endo gets your dose just right you will feel better....I know waiting as long as you have gets very old !! But rest assured they will get it in the normal range and I know you are strong...... after all you have been through !!!

Hope to here you levels are normal soon!!!....take care......Brooke

I have the same question, is it ever going to get better? I guess the problem is I am not very patient, and all the symptoms get very tiresome. Especially when you don't feel good for as long as you have.

do you believe your dr is doing all he or she can? are they really interested in helping you get to the levels you need to be, or are they like most of them? Just there, bopping from one pt to the next without even realizing these are real people, who need real help.

Also, do they check your free t3 and free t4? Do you get copies for yourself.

Maybe your levels are not in the optimum range for you. They can be in the "normal" range but not what I call your optimum level. There is a big difference.

Hang in there, get plenty of rest, if possible, and drink plenty of water. research all you can, on foods to avoid, best supplements for thyroid pt, best eating plan for thyroid pt. there are many others, but that is all I can think of right now.....take care.....peggy

Boy I hope it gets better because I had the same thing and I am still going to the doctors to regulate my blood. It's been eight months almost. I am taking the same dosage that you take except I don't take them on sundays.  I kinda understand how you feel!!
