tsh 39.1 no thyroid 200 levo

in 2018 i had a complete thyroidectomy due to enlarged goiter and papilary carcinoma. i am on 200 levothyroxine. my last tsh level was 39.1. i feel horrible. depressed, overweight, fatigue, achey all over especially my neck, cold intolerance, and more. even have thought self worthlessness and oh my Gosh mood swings from hell! i am also type 2 diabetic and have a hard time keeping levels under control since i started taking levo. i also get headaches almost daily. may other symptoms and not long ago dr said my body went into a thyroid storm causing severe breathing difficulties and crippling pain. levels were at 34 then. has anyone else had these problems? I am at witts end. I have 4 children 22,17,9 and 5. complications with all pregnancies. 3 of them premature births. (the entire time all thyroid test came back normal!) took many years to get diagnosed. anyways I just feel so alone and helpless.

Scientific studies have shown that symptomatic change is primarily due to Free T3, and not Free T4 or TSH.  Hypothyroid patients taking T4 med frequently do not adequately convert the T4 to T3, even when taking a large dose of T4.  I had that same problem for many years until I learned about the importance of Free T3 on this Forum.  After that I got my doctor to test my Free T3 level and it was too low.  The doctor switched me to a desiccated type thyroid med containing both T4 and T3 and after some tweaking of the dosage, I felt better than I could even remember.

Obviously you have a number of symptoms typical of hypothyroidism,  So please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.

Also, hypo patients are frequently deficient in Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin.  If tested for those please post those results as well.
