Dizzy. Burning in head and neck. Arms and hands get cold and numb.

CT scan results show, "No vertebral artery dissection.  Thin lucency through the A2 segment of the right anterior cerebal artery has the appearance of a fenestrated artery although a small focal dissection cannot be excluded.  Distal artery is however widely patent."   What does this mean in layman's terms?  Thanks
