Concussion or a possible slow bleed

It was two and a half weeks ago that I slipped on the ice and fell directly on the top of my head. I never lost consciousness. I just saw stars and had that panicked feeling. Went back into my house and since I wasn't feeling myself, I went to the Emergency ward. The attending Physician said I checked out neurologically and did not order a CT scan of my brain. A concussion was her diagnosis. Since the fall I have had the following symptoms: 1. Whiplash as my sternocleidomastoid muscles in the front of my neck have seized up and are extremely sore. Especially bad in the morning upon waking until I get going through my day. 2. Extremely irritable as the smallest of things seem to enrage me. Not emblematic of my normal behavior..3. Morning headaches and sporadic neck pain throughout the day. 4. Avoidance of social plans as I'm not feeling up to it. Unmotivated in general which is not typical of my demeanour 5. Drinking a lot of beer once I get home in the evening as my nerves are shot. Drinking a large volume of alcohol is not typical of my daily habits. Drinking the beer until I go to sleep as early as possible. I went to my primary Physician five days after the fall and he said I checked out neurologically as well. A concussion was his consensus.with the Emergency Doctor wo attended to me. I am still getting the stiff neck, headaches and not feeling quite myself. Some minor confusion at times. Could this be a slow bleed or just post concussion symptoms? I'm super stressed out over the whole situation. Should I go back to my GP, the Emergency department or just wait it out as this is just concussion symptoms?
